Picking out some things that I like: The hair seems plasticy (as opposed to stranded), which goes perfect with the TF2 theme. The backlighting was pulled off wonderfully, and the lighting in general is both realistic and fitting with the overall piece. Your rendering of shapes/the way they look are really, really great (*puts picture aside to study how you did rendering later*). Her expression, man, that's a really nice expression. Overall, very nice job. I like it.
